Proper Management Consulting, based in Seattle, is a community-rooted organization led by peer support professionals who have personally lived through the criminal justice system and successfully navigated the reentry process. We provide compassionate, hands-on services to individuals preparing for release, currently residing in halfway houses, on house arrest, or transitioning back into society.
